Antonio Trindade has 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He served as a consultant for Unibanco AIG Seguros and for Itaú Unibanco Seguros among others Antonio participated in AIG Unibanco and Itaú Unibanco joint ventures, where he joined Itaú Seguros as Corporate Director. In 2014 when Itaú Seguros large corporates portfolio was acquired by ACE Group, Antonio was invited to lead the business in Brazil In 2015 ACE Group acquired Chubb worldwide and Antonio was once again invited to lead Chubb Brazil’s operation. Currently, in addition to holding the position of CEO of Chubb Brazil, Antonio is also president of the Brazilian Federation of General and Accident Insurance Antonio has a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from INSEAD (FRANCE).
Master in Law and Master in Marine Law, spent in his early career running international inspection and control companies as their CEO in Tanzania , Divisional Area Manager East Africa and CEO Argentina. After a switch to Marine and Transport brokerage he became a Director of Sedgwick Belgium responsible for the entire Marine Division. After the merger with Marsh he became SVP as Cargo Manager Marine and a Marine Management Committee member.
He then started his own consultancy firm and worked for JLT and various national and international companies.
Federico is a passionate entrepreneur who has created several companies with highly motivated and results oriented teams.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, while in Lagash he helped many companies to address their digital transformation and to create digital products with great impact on thousands of users He firmly believes that there are many opportunities for substantial improvement in all businesses through the application of technology and innovation.
His last company was acquired by Mercado Libre (NASDAQ MELI) in 2020 During his tenure in Mercado Libre, Federico was a Global Product Director that managed all buyer side marketplace initiatives and strategic business units at MELI such as Advertising, Supermarket, Motor, Real Estate, Live Streaming, among others.
Federico has led several teams at companies such as Accenture, Microsoft, Lagash, and Mercado Libre He also co founded Qurable a marketplace for web 3.0 where to buy, sell and discover the most exclusive blockchain based phygital (physical and digital) assets.

Mauro studied Law at the Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires. He has postgraduate studies in Business & Management at the University of Bologna, and he has specialized in Small and Medium Enterprises obtaining a postgraduate degree at IAE School of Business. Subsequently, he completed the Owner/President management program at Harvard Business School. He is an Alumni of IAE (Argentina) and Harvard Business School (USA). He participates as speaker, mentor, and selector in various associations of entrepreneurs such as NAVES (IAE), SUMA, etc.
Patricio Kelly – Vice President
Mr. Kelly has extensive experience in the financial markets as board member of leading banks in the region. Mr Kelly holds a non executive role as Vice President of the company.
Andrés Supervielle – Director
Mr. Supervielle is a non executive and independent Director His role provides independence to the management and business strategy Andres is a lawyer and obtained a Master in International Law from the American University Washington College of Law, in Washington, D.C. He is also a founding partner of Supervielle de Cores, a law firm that provides specialized services in the areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, Financial System and Stock Market, Labor and Collective Bargaining, Civil Law, Litigation and Arbitrations, among others.
Esteban Suárez – Director
Mr. Suarez role as a director includes a wide range of responsibilities with a focus on legal and compliance issues He is a lawyer with a Masters in International Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science ( in London, UK After working for almost 10 years as an Associate Attorney for international law firms in Buenos Aires, London and Tokyo, he joined the London office of Radian, an American insurance company where he served as Head of Legal Affairs for Europe, with responsibilities in legal, commercial and risk management matters In 2011 he joined BARBUSS as Country Manager for Argentina and Uruguay He was later appointed Regional Director for Latin America, later becoming Director of Operations and currently Director of Legal for the company.
